Jayne Phenton
Jayne has spent almost 18 years masquerading as a PR and communications professional in the charity sector, putting good causes in the news and writing features on subjects as diverse as dementia and mental health, pedestrian safety and suffragettes, universities and urban planning. Out of office hours Jayne can be found pushing paint around a canvas in the name of art or playing her saxophone for the pleasure of her and the neighbours.
Ann Clark
Ann’s career has mostly been dedicated to the exploration and conservation of our heritage. In between times she has done spells (at more family friendly times) of academic editing. She has an interest in policy and politics and sometimes attends The All Party Parliamentary Archaeology Group. In recent years she has worked for Natural England which has whetted her appetite for a much broader view of the environment leading her to create a native wildflower garden full of insects and may be seen bringing flowers, grasses and lichen into the house for identification. She tries to maintain fitness from time to time by running sometimes with a local group.
